About Coach Nick Horton

My name is Nick Horton, I love weightlifting, and I love helping people get good at weightlifting even more.

Now ... I'm not your average Weightlifting coach. I've been practicing Zen meditation for over a decade and I apply much of what I've learned there to the way I teach.

Olympic Weightlifting is more like a Martial Art than it is like other forms of Strength Training. Take a look around this blog and find out why, and how to use that fact to your advantage.
