		<description>I like the article, except for the before bed meal. Loads of carbs are great on all of the other meals, but I think it&#039;s best to eat slow digesting protein and stay away from too many carbs before bed.  Carbs= insulin. High insulin in the blood will inhibit key hormones (GH &amp; testosterone) from doing their jobs effectively  (which is more desirable when sleeping than insulin).</description>

Any notions on the just out of college aspiring oly lifter and food? I&#039;m trying to firm up my course of action nutritionally and probably fall on the too healthy side. Its just a wild notion to about face and run in that direction. 

Any words would be greatly appreciated.</description>
