190k Snatch
400 kilo x 3 deadlift (I can barely do a 400 pound deadlift for 3!)
I favorited this vid as soon as I saw it posted. Guys a freak (scratches his leg with 190K overhead) and seems to be a top competitor in any strength sport (I say it’s cuz of the oly lifting lol). The top heavyweights weren’t even that far ahead of him in the snatch for someone who doesn’t compete crazy athlete.
I’m with you, brother. This man is freak, a genuine freak of nature!
