Some of the members of our team are attempting a month-long challenge to see who can lose the most weight, drop a weight class, or otherwise change their body composition in favor of less fat, better Sinclair formulas, etc. You can certainly join them in this goal if you are so inclined.

As a fan of Star Wars I feel it is my duty to keep balance in the force and promote an opposite goal. After all, the destruction of the universe is too high a price to pay for a better placing in a weightlifting contest.
Your mission if you choose to accept it: Gain as much weight as humanly possible over the next 3 weeks.
Appropriately, we’re calling this counter-challenge No-Neck November.
As I said, you are more than invited to join the Negative-Kilo November (evil) group and do a lose-weight challenge, but please encourage someone you know to make up for this imbalancing-situation to go in the opposite direction.
