Deadlift Nemesis – Day 3
I trained at the gym again tonight. And while I didn’t get as much volume as I would have liked (had to finish when I got home), I still got some good pulls in.
I’m now sitting here icing my adductors while I munch on a fancy loaf of bread – dipping it into salted olive oil. Yum. I also plan to eat a Nick’s Stick, and drink some kefir.
BULGARIAN SPLIT SQUAT
2 x 10 per leg
10 x 135 pounds
5 sets of 10 @ 205 pounds
10 x 315 pounds
My adductor started acting up, so I went and did a bunch of sets of 20 on the bulgarian split squat. That helped quite a bit.
10 x 275 pounds
then went home and finished with:
3 x 10 @ 265 pounds
