I was having a great conversation with one of the members of my insiders group yesterday regarding volume and this question popped up: Is there a correlation between how much volume a lifter is doing and their success on the platform – like actual numbers?

i focus on how many total reps per week a lifter should be aiming for when they are a beginner because that is very likely to be you. And it is the group I coach the most often and have the most experience with helping transition from clueless to contest.
