I’ll have a “How to” article on failing on the squat safely in the next issue of the Nemesis Journal and probably make a video about it at some point.
But for now just take seriously that it’s time to start practicing how to fail safely if you are going to squat the way we do: every day, hard, heavy, and outside of the rack with bumper plates — which is every Olympic lifter and CrossFitter that’s serious.
