Can you fix technique and build strength at the same time? Of course! Try this style of snatch pulls, done in “Terminator” (read: precise) style!
The name is just for fun, and to make the point that I want you to be as meticulous as possible. Other people call it by other names (Dan Bell calls them Halting Deadlifts; Tom Hirtz just calls them pulls; etc). The point is to focus on positions.
You can go as heavy as you want so long as you follow the cardinal rule: don’t fuck up the technique! (That rule applies to everything, actually, LOL.)
Do only 1 to 3 reps per set. Go SLOW! Pause for longer than you want. The time under tension will be very high on each “rep”, so you don’t need many per set.
