We have another Weightlifting CAMP starting in 2 weeks — August 22nd. You coming?
We’ve run a number of these now, and we LOVE it. It’s proving to be a great way to deep-dive with every athlete:
- I get to know you better and what YOU need;
I have the opportunity to teach WAY more material than I ever could if you were only coming for a weekend seminar;
and it’s a ton of fun!
Our Camps always have two options:
- Weekend Only: 2 full days covering all the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting — snatch, clean, jerk, squat, and pulls. This is the core of what you’ll be building upon if you continue on.
ALL WEEK: The full 2 day weekend PLUS 5 more days of fun! In addition to the Sat/Sun seminar, you will also be training 8+ hours a day, Monday through Friday. (Yep, you read that correctly.)
We’ve had lifters come from a surprisingly large cross-section of ages and backgrounds — from teens to 60’s. In fact, people under 40 are in the minority! I love seeing people train like professional athletes who honestly didn’t believe it was possible — it is very possible — we’ll show you how to do it safely and funly (that’s a word…).
